Consumer Rights and Obligations
Key Consumer Rights:
- •Freely choose and change electricity supplier.
- •Receive electricity of proper quality according to contract terms and regulatory documents.
- •Receive transparent information from the supplier regarding tariffs, prices, payment procedures, and supply conditions.
- •Provide proposals to the supplier for consumption schedule optimization and participate in demand management programs (VPP).
- •Receive compensation in case the supplier or system operator fails to meet commercial quality indicators.
- •Contact the supplier, regulator (NEURC), or Energy Ombudsman to resolve disputes.
Key Consumer Obligations:
- •Pay for consumed electricity and services in full and on time according to the selected Commercial Offer.
- •Provide the supplier with accurate hourly forecasted consumption schedules to minimize imbalances (for Group A consumers).
- •Ensure unimpeded access for supplier and system operator representatives to commercial metering equipment (AMM/MDM).
- •Use electricity rationally and not exceed the permitted contractual capacity.
- •Immediately notify the system operator and supplier of detected metering equipment damage or emergency situations.
Notification of Electrical Safety Threats
"NRG" LLC emphasizes the need for strict compliance with electrical safety rules. If you discover downed wires, damaged transformer substations, sparking, or other situations that pose a threat to life, health, or property:
- 1Immediately move to a safe distance (at least 8 meters from the site of damage).
- 2Call the State Emergency Service of Ukraine at the 24/7 toll-free number 101.
- 3Contact your local Distribution System Operator (Oblenergo) to whose networks your facility is connected, using their 24/7 emergency number (specified in your distribution contract).

Energy Sources Structure and Environmental Impact
"NRG" LLC begins operations in 2026. Actual data on the share of each energy source (Energy Mix) and environmental impact (CO2 emissions) for the previous year will be published by March 1, 2027. Currently, the company is guided by forecast indicators of the Ukrainian power system balance.
