New electricity transmission tariff takes effect from August 1, 2026

The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) approved a decision regarding the adjustment of the electricity transmission tariff for NPC Ukrenergo.

Starting August 1, 2026, the established tariff is UAH 928.45/MWh excluding value-added tax. This decision applies to all transmission system users, except for green electrometallurgy enterprises for which a separate regulatory rate applies.

The transmission tariff change directly impacts the final electricity costs for non-household consumers and commercial entities. When budgeting for electricity, the transmission fee must be factored in as a mandatory regulated component.
